Shipping policy

 

At DECO, we deliver our flowers/ products via a courier service. We guarantee the safe and timely delivery of our products.

DECO reserves the right to charge an increased delivery rate (paid by the customer) under particular circumstances, 

01. Inaccurate shipping details given at the time of purchase

02. Difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.

 

For store pick up:

01. Just follow the checkout then select In Store Collection. 

02. Leave us a note for what time you'll pick up and we'll have your order wrapped and ready to go.

*Pickup is only available on the days the shop/warehouse is open

 

 

Please note:

01. Please share the recipient contact details for us to coordinate an appropriate delivery schedule with them.

02. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the delivery address provided to us is secure. If there is no one home and no safe place to leave the courier will return the flowers to our store at your cost and there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
