DECO goes to great measures to provide our customers with the highest quality flowers and goods. Flowers sold online are perishable, and the life duration of a flower varies according to variety, season, climate, and treatment, resulting in variable life lengths for different flowers.

Flower availability is affected by seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all things manufactured are precisely as depicted on www.deco.com.kw; by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that there may be substantial changes between photos and produced goods.

Flowers have a 3–7 day lifespan if properly cared for. On the other hand, depending on their size, candles could last for several hours. If the candle has been used, you may always request a refill; the cost will vary depending on the size of the candle.

 

 

Damages & Exchange:

01. Flowers and plants as perishable items are generally non-refundable.

02. Products can be exchanged if returned to us in their original condition within 14 days. We regretfully cannot provide you with an exchange if 14 days have passed from the delivery of your product. Please contact us within this time if there are any problems.

03. In order to help us with quality control, we could ask to have the original flowers\products collected. If the delivered flowers\products are disposed of or pictures are not accessible, we are sorry, but we are unable to schedule a redelivery of replacement flowers\products to you.
